Weekly limit, age bar and exclusion
Player protection in Belgium is arranged considerably more strictly than a few years ago and it is built that way on purpose. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200. Dropping that limit is possible at any moment, upwards, a review and a delay apply.
Exclusion runs centrally through the EPIS register: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. The register is not public. Since 1 September 2024 the minimum age is 21 for casino, gaming hall and betting; only the National Lottery stays at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through.
